Shift Leader
The Shift Leader is responsible for providing prompt, courteous
quality service to the customer. These objectives are obtained through
quality customer service, merchandise handling, cleaning and
maintenance, safety and security and other general duties as assigned.
The Shift Leader assumes general control of the shift at the
delegation of management and delegates duties at the direction of
management personnet. The Shift Leader assists in the training and
development of new hires, acts as an employee mentor and assists
with ordering and checking in vendors.
