Sunoco Gas Station C-Store and Service Bays Price Reduction

Business opportunity Gas station / convenience store and 3 service bays.   This property is located on a busy highway in the City of Allentown sitting in front of a shopping center.  This is a very busy retail corridor, the Sunoco gas station was most recently operating without a contract from Sunoco, a contract with any private gas company can be negotiated.  When the station was open for gas sales the gas volume was 60,000 gallons per month, there are 3 pay at the pump (gas pumps) with the vapor recovery lines in place, all the pumps and related equipment are owned by Sunoco.  There is a leak detection system that monitors for any gas leaks ( Gas Sentinel).  All in ground tanks were inspected and passed inspection in the fall of 2007.
