Restaurant consist of family dining , Private dining with fireplace , Hot Bar and salad bar room , with ice cream machine , kitchen , wash room , 2 restrooms which one is wheel chair access.. 
We offer on and off road diesel , the service bay with a in ground lift , new air compressor , Corgui Tire machine and Coats 850 balancer , all like new . with one restroom for the c-store . 

My Mother and I started remodeling in late 07 and went as far as the checkbook let us with new siding all over , new air and heating , rewired business , tin roofing , pavement surrounding the business and frontage , and the whole inside of store and eating part of restaurant and part of the kitchen with some new coolers and equipment .  Don't have enough money to keep going plus she is 72 and wants to retire , have good help that is willing to stay .  Business was started in l947 and built new twice on the location bearing the same family name and location , owner died in 2000 and business was shut down for 2 years and wife and son decided to open and update pumps , tanks and canopy , etc and reopen all and did and now need a good buyer and will sell at the right price to who ever .
