Small Rural Mountain Community, low crime, hi values! Friendly neighbors, close to 4 lane, 15 minutes from major economic center- college, arts, entertainment, shopping!

Within 10 minutes from this C-Store! Currently no C-Store competition, Pike County just received news that Agresti Biofuels plant is expected to make 20 million gallons of fuel-grade ethanol and other marketable products from garbage. The plant is to be located at Ford Mountain near the county's old landfill. "Zig" Resiak of Agresti Biofuels said the planned facility would include a training plant finished in about 10 months, which would be used to get 120 employees ready to work before the plant is finished, within 24 months.
