Built new in 1998 this station has a double wall fibreglass 20,000 gal tank w/three sections; 12,000 gal reg, 4000 gal ea premium and diesel monitored by a Veeder-Root system. Entire station is surrounded by generous concrete pad.

Building is steel with a stucco finish. Huge canopy above 4 pumps, diesel is on side for easy access by RV's and Trucks.

Store section is approx 1500 sq ft w/ newer walk-in box, security alarm system, double drop floor safe and wall safe in office. There is a 4 camera recording system. Price includes all fixtures, computer, office furniture and fax/copier.

Shop is approx 1500 sq ft and has four bays with 5 roll-up doors, car lift, truck/RV lift, compressor, separate alrm system, sperate phone and cable lines and oil recovery system.

Car wash is the only one in town. It is a spray system that takes quarters. It has pressure washer, soap brush and vacuum. There is plenty of room for an automated wash - badly needed in this communtiy.

We also have the only RV dump in town connected to the sewer system . Since  Septic tank dumps have been outlawed, the State park sends all RV's to us.

Property is almost an acre on a corner on the highway on the main street in town. There is plenty of room for storage units, larger car wash, warehouse, commercial building or whatever you would like for expansion. There is a approx 1000 sq ft building in back on pad w/elect and water, just need walls finished to be utilized. We are in the middle of the Anza Borrego Desert State Park.
