We are only selling the business because of owner's health problems.

The station and auto repair facility has been established for over 40 years. We've owned the business for 3 years however the last owner retired  with 40 years of ownership. Many longtime, loyal customers. We have several accounts with various companies, schools, and a college university for auto repair maintenance.

    * Our current gas volume is 100,000 gallons per month with a high margin of $0.18.  We have sold as much as 160,000 gallons per month with a margin of approx. $0.17.
