It's a very busy and well-established owner-operated 76 gas station, auto repair shop and small snack shop on a huge, corner lot with plenty of parking and easy access in and out for the gas customers. We are only selling the business because of owner's health problems.

The station and auto repair facility has been established for over 40 years. We've owned the business for 3 years however the last owner retired  with 40 years of ownership.
