I am a residential L/O....recently I refinanced gas stations owners home to replace tanks ..I cannot get him more money. he owns a small station the construction will be done in a week and he is short $75,000.00 He owns the station frea and clear. should be worth more than $500 -$600k .... I have all info.... please call so "we" can help him.
