I am excited to let you know about a new program feature that can mean BIG things for your commercial business. Metwest has now added Gas Stations to our full doc’s loan program list of qualifying property types, based on the following criteria:

| up to $1 million |
| LTVs: |
| up to 75% |
| Min Fico Score: |
| > 600+ |
| Property: |
| Gas Stations are Tier IV properties |
| Environmental requirements: |
| A phase I Environmental report (ASTM E 1527-05) is required for all gas station loans. |

| You will no longer have to pass on new gas station deals - and can also now re-visit previous gas station scenarios and bring those loans back to life by working with Metwest, a lender that you already know and trust.
