We will work with the buyer, seller and broker to pre-screen and pre-qualify any inquiries we receive. Once we have a serious buyer, we will work with all parties to prepare a comprehensive financing package and present that to our funding sources on your behalf. We are comfortable working on the small ticket end (under $1MM) or on the low to mid-ticket end ($1MM to $25MM). The documentation requirements and the funding sources may be different, but we have the expertise and contacts to complete this crucial part of the sales process.
