I wanted to introduce myself to you and let you know who we are and what we do. I am Stuart Wrba and I am with MainStreet Lender, which is a nationwide direct lender for both SBA and conventional loans. My experience is in restaurant/hotel/motel/gas station/c-store finance as I was with GE Franchise Finance for many years prior to joining MainStreet Lender. Because we are not a bank we tend to have a little bit more flexibility when it comes to approving and funding loans. We also have the ability to pay referrals fees up to 1.5% on all funded deals.
