Full Business Valuation is custom priced, based on cash flow, size of enterprise, type of business, location and travel,  but is very affordable for the benefit it produces to sellers,  It will include both tangible & intangible assets of business enterprise, and will give you a Most Probable Sales Price. 

  If you only need FF&E, Certified Valuation, I can provide for on all equipment, furntiture & fixtures, office equipment, computers, cash registers, coolers, ovens, etc., prior to pricing your C-Store for market or if you need to use for loan collateral.  I can give you Certified, USPAP compliant, photos, s/n, condition & full report in bound M&E FF&E Appraisal-  Sealed  & Certified @ $100 per piece of equipment, with $500 minimum charge,+ travel/expenses. Valuation is primarily capital equipment, i.e, items >greater than $2,000, however professionally bound valuation if for all FF&E.  Most C-Stores have 10-15 pieces of capital equipment, e.g. coolers, ovens, fryers, surveillance, cash register systems, software, showcases, shelving, etc.    

 If it is Certified, there is no squabbling over price!  It is substantiated and holds up under scruntiny of  IRS, Banks, Court and most importantly BUYERS!----  Buyers like to see "proof of value!"
