(South Florida area) THE OWNER JUST REDUCED THE PRICE TODAY from $2,750,000 to $2,600,000 which is $500,000 under the BANK Appraisal. THE Station has tremendous potential but needs good management in place to bring up the seasonal numbers which are at 200,000 gallons with $60,000 in the Car Wash!! We have over 260 stations for sale just in Florida alone.
Have some really good prospect all over florida many right off the main hwys.

some as low as 65,000 with 70,000 gals. pumped per month.
owner needs immediate sell due to state tank replacements.This one and another one for just $ 35,000 also need tanks replaced
cost for tank replacements approx. 135,000
complete with new dispenser etc.
