I’m a young entrepreneur looking to own my first gas station/convenience store. I’m very eager to learn and very easy to teach. I’ve done research on jobbers, gallonage, tank inspections, and operational procedures of gas stations. My background consists of finance, accounting, real estate, exceptional knowledge of inventory control and cost cutting techniques. Id like to start with a small unbranded station in a high traffic urban area. For my first station, location is key, Id like to concentrate on the MD, DC and VA area and branch out from there.
